Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Yes. We gurantee a smooth and effective communication between your in-house team and the extended team members through:

1. Regular Communication

You will have regular meetings with your remote team. You can choose the frequency: daily or weekly. We will use your preferred communication tool: Skype ®, Slack® or Link, you name it and we’ll use it.

2. Same Timezone

Your remote team will be working in your own timezone: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You don’t have to wait untill the next day to get an answer to a question or a status update on assigned tasks.

3. Strong Language Skills

Your extended team member will have an excellent command of spoken and written English, as well as many other languages such as French and Arabic.

Additionally, we set the bar high for communication standards within our candidates and are simply great to talk to.

1. Technology Bridges the Gap

Thanks to video conferencing tools you can hold meetings, share screens and discuss tasks as efficiently as if your extended team is in the same room with you.

You can always stay in contact using only the tools which you are comfortable with and they will gladly answer any of your questions or discuss your requests immediately.

2. Eliminating Timezone Hazard

We understand that working in different time zones can be challenging. Hence, your extended team will be working in your own timezone (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

Furthermore, we are always happy to welcome you to any of our offices or meet for a cup of coffee!

Just as any other employment model, your newly hired resource will be under a probation period agreed upon in the contract’s terms. If the candidate does not meet a satisfactory level of performance, you have the right to terminate the contract.
